Vision Board Workshop with Angela Samm
Creating a vision board is a fun and creative way of setting and achieving goals. If you are a visual person, you will just love it. If you are not, give it a go, you may surprise yourself!
They can be as flexible as you like. You can make a board that encompasses all that you wish to achieve in your life “the bigger picture” of how you want your life to be, to more specific goals around business, health, new experiences.
One of the major benefits of creating a vision board is that it will work on your goals at a subconscious level. The subconscious mind is a powerful driving force, and very responsive to visual prompts, and we can harness it to be far more effective in what we want to achieve.
Having your board in a prominent position, will feed the subconscious mind on a daily basis and strengthen its ability to start moving towards your goals with greater ease.
The workshop will incorporate relaxation and guided meditation to help clear out any ‘clutter’ in our thoughts, allowing us to focus on what we truly want to create!
The workshop will run from 10am – 3pm. All materials are provided. Second date now available - Sunday 18th March
