Tool Box

YOU app – While I was pouring over photos of gorgeous food I spotted that there was an app called YOU available from the website.  I’ve now installed it on my phone and am having great fun.  The idea is that you make micro changes day by day and includes taking a photo as part of the process.  There’s a community where you can share your progress as well.

Each tip comes under the heading of food, mind, move or love.  Each really is a micro action to take.  Simple and easy to do.  For example today is about eating colourful foods and has reminded me to add some blackberries and raspberries to my breakfast.  There’s lovely fresh peppers in the fridge to be added to my lunch and …well I’ve not decided about dinner yet.

Google Keeper. OK so if I’m being honest this is really about how to make your to do list look pretty and you can do it on your pc or the phone.

Wheel of Life – Possibly one of the most used coaching tools in the world.  There are two versions available and you can down load both here.  The simpler version has six months worth as I recommend you use it each month to keep track of where you are at.

If you’ve visited the coaching room you’ll know that the following get a lot of use.  If you’d like your own you can get them here!
